At this time, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed — including custom items.
Each piece is carefully made specifically for you, which is why we are unable to make exceptions.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. While we ensure every package is prepared with attention and care, we are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. For assistance with shipping matters, please contact your local post office directly.

Custom order experience
Our custom pieces are exclusive and not kept on hand. Once you place your order, we personally secure your item directly from the designer. Because our designers are located internationally, additional time is required to receive your item.
Please allow 2–4 weeks (business days) for your preorder to arrive to us, be quality-checked, and prepared for shipment to you.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
By purchasing a custom item, you are agreeing to these terms. All custom purchases are final, as your item is secured immediately upon checkout.
We appreciate your patience — exclusive pieces are always worth the wait.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your custom item arrives to us and is shipped out, tracking information will be automatically provided.
For added security, all orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery. We kindly ask that you monitor your tracking information to ensure someone is available to receive your package.
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will typically hold your package at your local post office for a limited time. Please follow the instructions within your tracking details to arrange pickup or redelivery.
If a package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery, a reshipping fee will apply:
- $15 for Priority shipping
- $10 for Standard shipping
These fees cover the cost of a new shipping label and packaging.
Please note that we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds on returned packages. Reshipments will be processed once the required fee has been paid.
