Shipping & Returns
Do you offer returns or refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed — including preorder items. Each piece is secured specifically for you at checkout, which is why we’re unable to make exceptions.
Can I cancel my order?
No. Once a custom item and/or on-hand item order is placed, your item design is immediately sent to our designer for creation. Because of this, cancellations and refunds are not available.
What is a custom item?
A custom items is not kept in stock. Once you place your order, we secure the piece directly from our international designer and have it shipped to us before sending it to you.
How long does custom jewelry take?
Please allow 2–4 weeks (business days only) for your custom jewelry to be received, processed, and shipped to you. International sourcing and quality preparation take time — but exclusive pieces are worth the wait.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.
Are you responsible for lost or damaged packages?
Once your package has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage. For assistance, please contact your local post office directly.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes. All orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If no one is available to sign, the carrier will typically hold your package at your local post office for a limited time. Please check your tracking information for instructions on redelivery or pickup.
What if my package is returned to you?
If your package is returned due to a missed delivery or failure to sign, a reshipping fee will apply:
- $15 for Priority shipping
- $10 for Standard shipping
This covers the cost of a new shipping label and packaging materials. Once the fee is paid, your order will be reshipped.
What happens if I don’t pay the reshipping fee?
If the reshipping fee is not paid, the package will remain at our local post office awaiting reshipment. Refunds and cancellations are not available.
